contemporary class

after two class session last year, this fall I will start new dance course in UrbanRaum.
mixing diffrente elements from the modern contemporary dance.

the Course is open to everyone, with or with out previous knowledge in dance.
the fall session will include 10 weekly classes.
every class, starts with breathing excesses and yoga elements.

we continune with floor and release teaching elements, and than go on with excursus based on Limon Technik principles, through the course we will work on a combination that will be developed every week further.

it is recommended to take the whole course as a whole, but drop in is always possible
