I was born in a kibbutz in northern Israel and graduated from the Folkwang-Hochschule, Essen, Germany, in 2008. There I studied with Malou Airaudo, Dominique Mercy, and Lutz Forster (all founding members of Tanztheater Wuppertal – Pina Bausch). I am currently living and creating in Berlin, Germany.

In 2008 I received a scholarship from DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) to choreograph and train in New York City. I stayed in New York for several years, where I was a scholarship student of Ballet master David Howard and was invited to train as an apprentice with the Bill T. Jones dance company. In NYC, I danced for the Anna Sokolow Theater dance Ensemble. Aside from working with various choreographers, I also danced in the production “transcending form”, a collaboration of choreographer John Byrne and photographer David Lachapelle.

Always putting my focus on my choreographic work, I have presented original works at the Judson Church, the Mary Anthony Studio, the New York Dance Festival at Riverside Theater, the 92nd street Y, “Wild Project”, an Proctors Theatre, to name a few.

In 2012 I moved to Berlin, where I continued creating my pieces.

in 2014 I was invited to create a new work for “Next Move festival” in Proctors Theatre in New York.

This piece was also shown at the Summer Dance festival at the renowned Suzanne Dellal Centre in Tel Aviv.

My Recent piece “Duck&Cover” was Premiered this February in Kleintheater in Lucerne (CH)

Over the past few years, I have also been focusing on dance and theatre education.

I am a certificated Theatre Instructor (BUT), and was in the faculty of Interkulturell Aktiv e.V and Maike Plath “LernKünste” program, where I coached theatre teachers movement and choreography methods.

In July 2017, together with Theater teacher Maike Plath, my first Publication came to light. I wrote “Das Methode Repertoire Tanz und Bewegung” – dance methods cards set for the theatre class.
